Our total liability for any direct damages arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties. This includes revoking access to a purchased license in cases of Terms violations.
