Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

This website collects nothing — no forms, no cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts. Creating a dashboard account collects your email, password (handled securely by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see it in plaintext), and optionally your name. If you purchase a license, payment is handled entirely by Stripe as merchant of record; we only receive a reference to your checkout session, never your card details. When you register a device in Sapphire, we store a locally-generated device ID, your device's hostname, and its operating system, solely to enforce the 1-machine limit on your license. Everything you enter into Sapphire itself — contacts, companies, notes, and all other CRM content — stays in a local database file on your machine and is never sent to us.

3. Third parties

We rely on a small number of specialized providers rather than building everything ourselves: Supabase for account authentication and our database, Stripe for payment processing (Stripe acts as merchant of record, so your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them), and Vercel for hosting the dashboard, including its built-in Speed Insights performance monitoring, which measures page load times and doesn't track you individually. None of these are advertising or behavioral-tracking services, and this website itself loads no third-party scripts at all.

4. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep records for legal or accounting purposes (such as payment records).

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. You can manage most of this directly from your dashboard account settings, or contact us at contact@nbi-project.fr for anything else.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
